A photography quote should say how long you are there, how many images you will edit, and when they arrive. Travel and a rush belong on their own lines.
Put the usage you intend in the notes. Docket does not write a copyright licence. The page is a quote and an invoice, in AUD, with GST if you need it.

Notes
Gallery delivered within ten days. Usage for the client’s own channels. A wider licence is quoted separately.
Terms
This quote is valid for the period shown. Prices are in Australian dollars and, where GST is applied, unit prices exclude GST. Work starts after written acceptance. Variations to the scope are quoted separately.
Time and edits
The shoot and the edit are different work. Two lines stop a “can you just do the rest” conversation.
Travel
A line for travel, or a note that travel is included inside a set distance. Pick one and print it.
The invoice
When they accept, convert the quote. The due date, your ABN, and the BSB go on the invoice you send with the gallery.
Short answers
Does this include a copyright licence?
No. Write the usage you are offering in the notes, in your own words. If you need a licence, that is a separate document.
Can I hide the Docket line on the PDF?
Pro can hide “Made with Docket” on the PDF and the printout. The page your client opens to accept the quote still says Docket, with a link to try it.
What if I am not registered for GST?
Turn GST off before you download. The invoice title stays Invoice, and no GST is added.
