Terms
This quote is valid for the period shown. Prices are in Australian dollars and, where GST is applied, unit prices exclude GST. Work starts after written acceptance. Variations to the scope are quoted separately.
A zero line is still a line
If changes are included, a line at $0 shows they were in the price. It is harder to argue with a line than with a memory.
Day rate or project
Use a quantity of days, or one project line. The hourly calculator can check the day rate. It is not a rate card.
Get paid from the invoice
Convert the accepted quote. The invoice has the due date and the account. Use the invoice number as the reference.
Short answers
Can I quote in days instead of hours?
Yes. Set the quantity to the number of days and the unit price to the day rate. The hourly calculator can turn an hourly figure into that day rate.
Do I need an account?
No. Quotes stay in this browser. There is no login. Pro is a subscription on this browser, paid through Stripe, if you pass the free monthly cap.
Will the client see my bank details on the quote link?
No. The accept link leaves the BSB and account number off. They are printed when you make the invoice.
