Terms
This quote is valid for the period shown. Prices are in Australian dollars and, where GST is applied, unit prices exclude GST. Work starts after written acceptance. Variations to the scope are quoted separately.
Mow versus tidy
A mow is a known shape. A tidy needs a note about what is in and what is left. Write that before you send the quote.
Green waste
Tip fees move. A line for removal, with a note on how many loads, keeps the argument off the invoice.
From quote to invoice
When the client says yes, the same lines become the invoice with a due date. You are not retyping the job.
Short answers
Can I quote a regular mow?
Yes. Use one line for the visit and put the frequency in the notes. Each visit you invoice can be that quote turned into an invoice.
What if I am not registered for GST?
Turn GST off. The total is the ex-GST amount and the invoice is not a tax invoice. Do not add 10% if you are not registered.
Does this replace a landscaping contract?
No. It is a quote and an invoice. Larger builds can have extra rules in your state. The words you send are yours to check.
