Terms
This quote is valid for the period shown. Prices are in Australian dollars and, where GST is applied, unit prices exclude GST. Work starts after written acceptance. Variations to the scope are quoted separately.
Bond cleans
Rooms, oven, inside windows, and carpets as their own lines. Exclusions go in the notes, not in a text message later.
Regular cleans
Hours and a rate, and how often, in the notes. The next visit can be the same quote with a new date.
GST, if you are registered
Unit prices stay ex GST. One switch adds 10% and the tax-invoice wording, or leaves a non-registered invoice clean.
Short answers
Do I have to add GST?
Only if you are registered for GST. Turn the switch off and the invoice is not titled Tax Invoice. The GST calculator on this site adds or removes 10% if you only need the number.
Can I send the quote from my phone?
Yes. You can download a PDF, or share an accept link the client can open and accept. The quote stays in this browser. Docket does not keep a copy.
Is Docket only for tradies?
The homepage is written for tradies. The quote is the same if you clean: lines, GST, a PDF, and an invoice with a BSB.
